Yes. Siesta Sands requires a 3-night minimum stay during the off-season and a 7-night minimum stay during peak season.

While we love pets, to ensure our properties remain welcoming and comfortable for all, pets are not permitted at Siesta Sands Beach Resort.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and paddleboards are available for guest use. Guests may check out select items at the front desk or rent equipment through the on-site beach service.

Siesta Sands Beach Resort is located directly on Crescent Beach.

It does! Guests enjoy private beach access via an on-site walkway, placing the sand and Gulf waters just steps from their vacation rental.

The remaining balance of rent, fees, and applicable taxes must be paid no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
 
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a refund, excluding the nonrefundable reservation deposit. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

The closest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), located approximately 30 minutes from Siesta Key. Many visitors also fly into Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is typically about 60 to 75 minutes away.

Yes. Guests have access to two heated swimming pools located on the property.

Yes. Laundry facilities are available on every floor of the property. Select condos also include an in-unit washer and dryer.

Many units offer Gulf of Mexico views. Condos ending in 11 and 12 feature direct Gulf-front views, while units ending in 8, 9, and 10 offer partial Gulf views from side-facing lanais.
